# Korrway > Korrway is an all-in-one, AI-native procurement platform. Sourcing, RFQs and supplier bidding, approvals, purchase orders, inventory and spend reporting in one place, with AI agents that work in the background. A product of Vykorr. Korrway is for businesses that buy regularly from many suppliers, especially multi-brand and multi-branch operators such as food and beverage groups, retail chains and hospitality companies. It is made by Vykorr, based in the United Arab Emirates, and works for businesses anywhere. ## What Korrway does - Sourcing and RFQs - Competitive supplier bidding - Quote comparison and counter-offers - Approval chains - Purchase orders and delivery tracking - Goods receiving - Inventory and restock alerts - Spend and savings reporting - ERP integrations: NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Zoho Books built in, any other ERP through exports or webhooks - Supplier network and supplier portal - AI agents for drafting, supplier follow-up and savings tracking - Full audit trail ## How the AI works AI agents work inside each step of buying: drafting RFQs, following up with suppliers for quotes, suggesting counter-offers and logging savings against a baseline. They can be switched on or off, and every award still needs a person to approve it. ## Connecting to your ERP NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Zoho Books connect directly: approved purchase orders and supplier bills are sent on your own accounts, tax codes and dimensions, and paid status comes back to Korrway. Any other ERP, such as SAP, Odoo, Sage or Xero, connects through scheduled exports or signed webhooks. ## Finding suppliers Buyers on Korrway search the Korrway supplier network by category, the countries a supplier delivers to, where they are based, tier and verification. A Verified badge means Korrway has reviewed the supplier's trade licence and tax registration (TRN). Tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) are earned from response rate, on-time delivery, awards and buyer ratings, and cannot be bought. Buyers can also invite their own suppliers, who quote from a link with nothing to install. Suppliers join free. ## Pages - [Korrway](https://korrway.com/): The AI-native procurement platform, from request to restock. - [Find suppliers](https://korrway.com/find-suppliers): Search verified suppliers by category and delivery country, and invite them to quote. - [For suppliers](https://korrway.com/for-suppliers): The Korrway supplier network and supplier portal. People keep the decisions that matter, such as approving spend and awarding orders. It differs from AI-enabled software, where an assistant is added beside the same manual workflow. - [Procurement software in the UAE: what to look for](https://korrway.com/guides/procurement-software-uae): Good procurement software for UAE and GCC businesses covers the whole buying cycle in one place: requests, RFQs and supplier bidding, approvals, purchase orders, receiving and spend reporting. It should also handle local needs: 5% VAT and supplier TRNs on orders, several brands or branches under one account, suppliers who can quote from a phone without creating an account, and clean records for UAE e-invoicing, which becomes mandatory for the largest businesses on 1 January 2027. - [Best procurement software in the UAE (2026)](https://korrway.com/guides/best-procurement-software-uae): There is no single best procurement software in the UAE; the right choice depends on your size and the systems you already run. Large enterprises usually choose a source-to-pay suite such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Ivalua, JAGGAER or GEP SMART. Businesses already on an ERP often start with its purchasing module, such as Odoo, NetSuite or Dynamics 365. Growing and multi-branch companies tend to prefer dedicated tools that launch quickly, such as Korrway, Precoro, Zoho Procurement or Procurify. Whichever you choose, check VAT handling, your e-invoicing provider, where your data is stored and whether your suppliers will use it. - [How to run an RFQ, step by step](https://korrway.com/guides/how-to-run-an-rfq): To run an RFQ (request for quotation), define exactly what you need line by line, with quantities, specifications and delivery details; invite three to five suitable suppliers; send everyone the same request with a clear deadline and quote format; answer questions to all suppliers at once; compare quotes on total cost, lead time and terms rather than unit price alone; negotiate where it is justified; then award, issue a purchase order and tell the other suppliers. - [UAE e-invoicing: what buyers and suppliers need to know](https://korrway.com/guides/uae-e-invoicing): UAE e-invoicing replaces PDF and paper invoices between businesses with structured electronic invoices, exchanged through Accredited Service Providers (ASPs) and reported to the Federal Tax Authority. Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an ASP by 30 October 2026 and go live on 1 January 2027. Other businesses must appoint one by 31 March 2027 and go live on 1 July 2027, and government entities on 1 October 2027. Sales to consumers are out of scope for now. - [How to compare supplier quotes fairly](https://korrway.com/guides/how-to-compare-supplier-quotes): Compare supplier quotes on the same basis: put every quote in one table line by line, convert to the same unit, currency and VAT treatment, and add delivery, installation and other charges to get the total cost. Then weigh lead time, payment terms, quote validity, quality and each supplier's track record. The lowest unit price is often not the best value, and splitting an award between suppliers by line can beat any single supplier, but only when the savings outweigh the extra delivery charges. ## Guides: finding suppliers - [How to find suppliers in the UAE](https://korrway.com/guides/how-to-find-suppliers-in-the-uae): The best routes to reliable suppliers in the UAE are referrals from businesses like yours, supplier networks where suppliers are verified, trade shows in Dubai such as Gulfood, Big 5 Global and INDEX, chambers of commerce, and targeted searches on Google Maps and LinkedIn. Whatever the source, shortlist three to five suppliers who hold the right licence and deliver to your locations, check each one's trade licence and VAT registration, and ask them all to quote on the same request. - [How to verify a supplier in the UAE](https://korrway.com/guides/how-to-verify-a-supplier-uae): To verify a supplier in the UAE, ask for their trade licence and check it on the UAE's National Economic Register (for mainland companies) or with the free zone authority that issued it: the legal name, licence number, activities and expiry should match. Check their Tax Registration Number (15 digits) with the Federal Tax Authority's free TRN verification on EmaraTax. Confirm bank details on letterhead and by phone before the first payment, take two references, and check any certificates you rely on. Sales to consumers are out of scope for now. - [How to win more B2B buyers in the UAE](https://korrway.com/guides/how-to-win-b2b-buyers-uae): Suppliers win more B2B buyers in the UAE by being easy to find where buyers source (supplier networks, trade shows, chambers and search), easy to check (trade licence, TRN and certificates ready to send), quick and complete when an RFQ arrives, and reliable after the order: acknowledging purchase orders, delivering on time and fixing problems fast. Response rate and on-time delivery are what buyers remember, and on networks such as Korrway they decide your tier. - [How to respond to an RFQ and win the order](https://korrway.com/guides/how-to-respond-to-an-rfq): To win an RFQ, read the whole request first and ask questions early; quote every line in the format asked, with unit prices, delivery charges and lead times; flag anything you cannot supply instead of leaving it blank; state VAT, quote validity and payment terms clearly; submit before the deadline; and be ready for one round of negotiation. A complete, clear quote on time beats a cheaper one that is confusing or late. - [Supplier registration in the UAE: the documents buyers ask for](https://korrway.com/guides/supplier-registration-documents-uae): Most UAE buyers ask a new supplier for a valid trade licence, a VAT registration certificate showing the TRN (if registered), bank details on letterhead or a bank letter, a company profile with contacts, and a copy of the authorised signatory's ID. Depending on what you sell, they may also ask for certificates such as ISO 9001, HACCP or ISO 22000, and insurance. Keeping them current in one folder lets you complete a vendor registration the same day. ## Contact - Book a demo: https://korrway.com/#demo - Email: contact@korrway.com
