Is Korrway for Suppliers really free?
Yes. Receiving RFQs, quoting, chat, orders, invoices, your product list, your company page and your tier are free, with no listing fee and no commission from Korrway on anything you win, ever. Buyers pay for Korrway. Optional upgrades for suppliers who want more visibility may come later; the core stays free.
Who are the buyers?
Companies that run their procurement on Korrway: retail, hospitality, food and beverage, multi-branch operators and agencies, mostly in the UAE and GCC, with buyers and suppliers from any country welcome.
How do I get RFQs?
Buyers invite suppliers from their own list and from the Korrway network directory, where they filter by category, delivery region, verification and tier. Complete your profile and get verified to be found.
What does verification involve?
Upload your trade licence and tax registration in Settings. Korrway reviews them, usually within two working days, and shows a verified badge on your profile. Verification is required for Gold and above.
Can I send invoices through Korrway?
Yes, to buyers who handle invoices on Korrway. Send the invoice against the purchase order with your PDF, then follow it from received to approved and paid. If the buyer queries it, you see why. Korrway doesn't handle the money: the buyer pays you directly, as they do today.
Can I upload my price list?
Yes. Download the Excel template in Products, fill in each item with its unit, pack size, price, minimum order and lead time, and upload it. Uploading again updates items by SKU. Buyers see your products; prices stay private unless you choose to show them.
What is the company page?
A public page for your company on korrway.com, published once you are verified, with your categories, delivery regions, tier and products. You choose whether prices show, and you can take the page down at any time.
Is my pricing visible to other suppliers?
No. Buyers see your quote; other suppliers never do. Buyers also never see your other clients. Every buyer's materials are confidential to you under the Korrway Network Terms.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The web app works on any phone today, with real-time alerts for new RFQs, counter offers and messages. Native iOS and Android apps are on the way.
